The subsidiaries are often managed independently. U.S Fashion Corp underwrites other fashion competitions, including an investment fund for young designers created by the Board Of Directors, and a scholarship program and sponsored lecture theater. The corp currently employs more than 1000 people. Forty percent of staff work from private locations.
