  • Which types of pieces can I rent with Unlimited?
    Choose from nearly everything on our website, including dresses, tops, skirts, handbags, jewelry, outerwear and more. Exceptions include, but are not limited to: bridal and vintage accessories, any dresses with a retail price of $3000+, and items from select designers.

    How will I billed for Unlimited?
    Rent the Runway will charge you a monthly membership fee. Your Unlimited membership automatically renews and you will be billed on the same date every month at the rate then in effect to your payment method on file. You can cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle by contacting the Member Concierge at 1-800-509-0842.
  • What happens if I lose or damage a piece?
    Your membership fee includes insurance for minor mishaps and general wear and tear. Significant damage, lost pieces and theft are not covered. In those cases, you will be charged the price to purchase the piece using your members-only discount. In the event that the style is not available to purchase, the charge will be for the full retail price, plus applicable tax.

    What is the members-only discount?
    Love your rental? Most Unlimited pieces are available to buy at a discount off the retail price. You can purchase pieces you have at home online and in the app. Once your purchase is complete, a spot will open up for something new
